It’s that time of the year again; time for the annual Band Booster Chili/Cornbread Cook- off! The Cook-off has been scheduled for February 25th from 6:00– 8:00 pm. It will be held at the Knights of Columbus hall (located at 200 Sweeney Circle). This is a fundraising event for the bands of JF and FMS, with an emphasis on fun. However, in order to make this event a success, we require some much needed help. Please consider either volunteering some of your time, making a monetary donation, or donating one (or more) of the desired items. 

Also, we are in search of a few brave souls who would like to compete in our Cook-off. As usual, we will be having the feisty competition between the band directors; however we would like other competitive and talented chili/cornbread chefs to join the festivities. If you would like to enter the contest please fill out the entry form and return it to your student’s band director by February 15th.

So, take a break from cooking for one night and come out and join us for this fun event. You can’t beat a meal for the price of $5.00 per person or $20.00 per family of 4 or more. Circle Monday, February 25 on your calendar and make it a date! Thank you for helping and supporting our students and the band programs of JF and FMS.
